ACTS ACHI & AHIA, INC. is a review and tutorial center that caters to students from all educational levels. We at ACTS are dedicated in helping students prepare for their future through our tutorial services and review programs for college and SHS entrance exams. We also welcome other individuals who want to revisit their high school lessons for their professional and academic advancements.
Founded in 2000 by Robert and Christina Pangilinan, along with other educators, ACTS started as a tutorial center with only one classroom in Manila. Through word of mouth, the effective teaching methods of ACTS became known among the Filipino-Chinese community. In just a few years, ACTS was able to open a new branch in the city of San Juan and extend its services to thousands of more students from prestigious schools who want to be accepted in their target universities.
Like most companies, ACTS also faced heavy challenges during the first two years of the COVID19 pandemic. But through Ahia Robert and Achi Tina’s compassionate leadership, ACTS has managed to make the necessary adjustments to ensure that the students and its employees are both well equipped for the demands of the new normal.

Our Purpose
Ever since our humble beginnings, we have always believed that learning is best experienced in a caring and safe environment. Hence, we commit ourselves to becoming achis (big sisters) and ahias (big brothers) to our students to create a welcoming and home-like setup in the classroom.
Our Mission
To ensure that our students know the value of education, we encourage them to practice self-paced and self-directed learning by providing an interactive and healthy learning environment complemented by a standardized teaching approach.
Our Vision
We hope to create a community of independent and responsible learners who will uphold the ACTS CREED (Communication, Respect, Empathy, Excellence, & Discipline) as they become impactful members of our society.
